white truffle risotto
('07 roger lassarat la roche macon-vergisson, burgundy)
sauteed filet mignon on pain levain with roasted cippolini onions, dolce gorgonzola, cabernet demi glace and upland cress
('04 oakville ranch cabernet, napa valley)
venezuelan chocolate fondue with housemade marshmallows, seasonal fruit and shortbread cookies
(grahams 20 year tawny port)
